Here at Film XPress we provide all of the proper
legal patient information releases needed to pick-up
any medical records or xrays from other facilities.
This includes our dealing with attorney offices. We
will provide your office with all necessary patient
information release forms to allow us to pick-up
and duplicate the x-rays you need.
Film XPress adheres strictly to the Health Insurance
Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, or
HIPAA. We will never release any patient
information and all archives and servers we set up
are strictly on a per facility basis. If you would like
